Everybody knows Montreal is a great city for music, but limited in the availability of high-end 'boutique' equipment. Up until now, the only way to get great gear in the city was to buy blindly on the Internet and hope for the best, or drive hundreds of miles to some remote store that might have some of the stuff you were looking for. Boutique Tone was created so you can come in and try out all the gear to make sure you're getting exactly what you want. We've got an amazing selection of boutique guitars, basses, amps, effects and accessories that you can try before you buy. And we only carry the best - so you can trust that anything you see in the store or on our website is the finest on the market. In fact, we are the only Canadian dealer for a lot of our products. If there is anything you think we should have in the store, please let us know and we'll do our best to get it for you.
We've worked hard to become THE place Canadians come to get the finest guitar & bass equipment.
About Jeremy Stern
I am a guitar player (obviously) and I live for this stuff. I created Boutique Tone to be the store I would dream of walking into. I went to G.I.T. (Guitar Institute of Technology) in California and play in Playhouse, a local classic rock cover band. I invite you to come in, introduce yourself, and see what sets us apart from any other store.

Kenny Smilovitch
You'll probably recognize Kenny from some of our video demos that are on YouTube. Kenny is one of the finest guitar players around, especially his acoustic playing, and is extremely knowledgeable about gear. Check out Kenny's Myspace page.
Samael Pelletier
Sam is the latest addition to the team and comes from New Brunswick. He's a graduate of G.I.T. in California and plays in a local metal band called Aeon's Fall. Sam also teaches all levels of guitar. He is currently working on an acoustic project with Laurie Choquet.
